**Job Overview** As an Operations Manager, you’ll keep retail operations moving smoothly while helping your team deliver attentive customer service and strong sales. You’ll oversee store management, shift management, inventory control, purchasing, pricing, merchandising, stocking, payroll, bookkeeping, and budgeting.
