**Position Summary:** Reporting to the Director of Practice Marketing, this is a highly visible role that works directly with senior leadership and advisor teams across the firm. We are seeking a strategic, self\-directed Marketing Manager who can operate as both a trusted advisor and executional partner for our advisor teams. This role requires someone who combines strong business acumen with a proactive, hands\-on approach, is able to see the big picture, takes ownership, and moves initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will have 7\-10 years of marketing experience within professional or financial services and a demonstrated ability to translate business goals into integrated marketing strategies and measurable results. This person will be equally comfortable advising senior stakeholders and rolling up their sleeves to assist in campaign execution.
