### **Summary** \#LI\-Remote As Executive Director, Enterprise Experience Planning \& Integration, you will connect people, functions, and processes across Novartis—aligning Marketing, Patient Services, Medical, Advocacy, Access, Field Sales, Digital Engagement, and Enterprise Partnerships—to reduce fragmentation and deliver a seamless experience across the patient lifecycle. In this role, you will build the connective tissue across functions, lifecycle stages, and organizational boundaries by establishing governance, operating models, and ways of working that unite diverse stakeholders around shared priorities, translate enterprise strategy into coordinated execution and measurable outcomes, and create consistency with Integrated Experience Planning leads within the Customer Experience Planning \& Optimization team. Success will require you to influence across a complex matrix without direct authority, strengthen organizational alignment, and advance a more connected One Novartis experience for patients, caregivers, and customers.
