**Job Description Summary** This position reports directly to the VP of Purchasing. The Purchasing Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for a Limited Energy Contracting company. This includes ensuring the timely acquisition of quality products at the best possible prices, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. The role also includes leadership and management of a team of buyers, developing strategies for improving procurement processes, and supporting a Centralized Purchasing model and other operational goals. **Job Description:** **Role \& Responsibilities** * Supervise, train and mentor a team of buyers. Providing guidance on procurement of best practices, negotiation strategies, service strategies, etc. that aligns with our Centralized Purchasing initiatives. * Foster a collaborative, professional and productive work environment.
