**Description** **About the Position** Warner Norcross \+ Judd is seeking a **Attorney Recruiting and Integration Coordinator** to join our talent development team based out of Grand Rapids. The Attorney Recruiting and Integration Coordinator coordinates the firm’s summer associate recruiting program and pipeline recruiting initiatives, provides support for the lateral attorney recruiting function, and oversees the attorney integration process, and provides general support for the attorney recruiting function. **About the Opportunity** **Responsibilities** **Summer Associate Program** * Develop and implement pipeline recruiting initiatives to build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates, including law schools, student organizations, and early identification programs, to support long term entry level hiring needs. * Collaborate with the Director of Attorney Recruiting and Chair of the Summer Associate Committee on a strategy for summer associate recruiting. * Coordinate all aspects of the firm’s Summer Associate Program, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, work assignment systems, and program logistics across offices. * Partner with the Director of Attorne...
