**HR \& People Operations Manager** **NexGen Research** **Lima, Ohio** **Part\-Time \| 20\-25 Hours/Week \| Hybrid** NexGen Research is a growing multisite clinical research organization conducting Phase II–IV clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas. As we continue to expand, we are developing a corporate and shared\-services presence in Columbus, Ohio. We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and hands\-on **HR \& People Operations Manager** to help lead recruitment and manage day\-to\-day human resources operations across our growing organization. This is a **part\-time position averaging approximately 20 \- 25 hours per week**, with the potential to expand as the organization grows. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, building scalable HR processes, and personally managing recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits coordination, performance management, and HR administration.
