We help businesses and municipalities reduce and divert waste, lowering disposal costs and fueling local supply chains by ensuring materials are recovered, recycled, and reused. **About the Role:** The Operations and Logistics Supervisor oversees daily shift activities, team workflows, industrial dishwashing processing, and food safety sanitation targets and serves as our backup driver for delivery routes as needed. This is a physically active role. The supervisor spends approximately 80 \- 90% of their shift directly on the production floor working alongside the team to expedite washing, packaging, staging, audit cleanliness, and enforce strict food safety standards.
