**Refrigerant Compliance Specialist** **Role Overview** The Refrigerant Compliance Specialist will serve as a key resource in refrigerant regulatory compliance, leak management, documentation, data accuracy, customer reporting and operational support. You will help identify refrigerant performance trends, compliance risks and improve operational performance. **Key Responsibilities** **Refrigerant Compliance \& Documentation** * Support compliance with EPA refrigerant regulations, customer Refrigerant Management Program, state requirements and Climate Pros policies. * Review refrigerant related service activity for completeness and accuracy. * Verify leak documentation, repairs, refrigerant adds, follow\-ups and leak inspections. * Maintain audit ready compliance documentation. * Assist with internal and customer compliance audits. **Leak Management and Refrigerant Performance** * Track leak repair progress through final resolution. * Assist operations with escalation of unresolved or high risk refrigerant issues. * Support leak reduction initiatives and Corrective action plans. * Analyze refrigerant usage and compliance trends to identify operational risks. **Data Quality and Repor...
