At Youth Services System, Inc, we are seeking an experienced **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** to join our executive leadership team and help guide the financial sustainability and growth of a mission\-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children, families, and our community. **About the Role** As a member of the executive leadership team, the CFO serves as the organization's primary financial strategist and oversees all aspects of finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, investments, grant accounting, medical billing, contract management, and information technology operations.
