How You Will Make an Impact The Regional General Manager has multi\-site P\&L responsibility; responsible for overall management of multiple sites within Reading Truck Equipment. The position will provide day\-today direction of all local functions including sales, manufacturing, finance, planning \& logistics, quality \& technology, HR and engineering. The position provides leadership and direction to the management team and all Team Members to accomplish business objectives, achieve customer satisfaction and create a positive working environment. While leading \& developing a strong and effective team, the RGM is expected to advance the growth and penetration of products in new market applications, in developing markets, and within established market segments. The RGM will maintain the high standards around the company’s established principles of employee safety, quality, delivery, cost and people.
