Description

**Responsibilities** * Work with Stockholders, COO and Regional Managers, to develop financial plans, budgets and projections * Use strategic thinking to identify threats and opportunities together with understanding the company’s strengths and weaknesses * Manage accounting procedures and ensure compliance · Understand and ensue proper recording of intercompany transactions · Oversee the day\-to\-day accounting, reporting and internal control activities · Ensure prompt and accurate month and year end close process for multiple entities · Assess risk and develop mitigation strategies with regard to competition and other challenges · Optimize financial operations including evaluating software and financial controls and processes to scale the business · Manage regulatory compliance in the 20\+ states that the company operates · Manage Accounting and Human Resources supervising up to 10 direct reports · Update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to maintain alignment with current tools and operational workflows · Collaborate effectively with other team members within the organization · Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information · Office hours Monday – Friday, 8:00 am –...
