Principal Senior Civil Engineer Brighton, MI Key Responsibilities: * Lead and oversee civil engineering projects from conception to completion. * Develop and review engineering designs, plans, specifications, and cost estimates. * Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards. * Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. * Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff. * Contribute to business development efforts and maintain client relationships. * Implement and maintain quality control processes. * Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. * Present at board meetings with community leaders and manage relationships with customers, businesses, and community leadership.
