**Position Summary** Ella SA Contracting is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and execution of underground utility construction projects, including water, sewer, storm drainage, and related infrastructure. This role works closely with the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Foreman to coordinate field operations, maintain project documentation, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. **Key Responsibilities:** Project Planning* Assists in breaking down plans into actionable tasks; helps coordinate daily and weekly work plans with field teams. Budget Management* Tracks field costs, updates spreadsheets, manages PO logs, and supports invoice reconciliation Scheduling \& Time Management* Supports 3\-week look\-ahead in collaboration with foreman and superintendent, reviews daily crew activities with Superintendent and Foreman Resource Allocation* Coordinates equipment needs, assists with crew logistics, execute and coordinate material orders and on time site delivery Field Operations Coordination* Works directly with Foreman and Superintendent on daily needs, material runs...
