**Job Description** =================== The Cost Accountant will have the opportunity to play a critical role in driving financial transparency and operational efficiency in support of all Revelyst’s brands. This role will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to analyze cost structures, support strategic decision\-making, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Reporting to the Cost Accounting Manager, and based in our Carlsbad office, this position plays a key role in understanding manufacturing performance, cost trends, and product profitability. **As the Cost Accountant, you will have an opportunity to:** * Support cost accounting for all group companies to ensure accurate inventory costing. * Assist in maintaining accurate standard costing models, including appropriate allocations of raw materials, labor, overhead and other costs, in accordance with GAAP and company policy. * Support accurate and timely reporting of manufacturing performance, including detailed and actionable analyses of manufacturing variances. * Provide insights into product cost trends and their current and projected impact on operating results. * Collaborate with manufacturing and sourcing, business un...
