**Job Title: Packaging Supervisor / Manager Position Overview** **Location: Manassas, Virginia, USA** **Duration: Fulltime** **Shift: 1st shift and 2nd shift.** Responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing day\-to\-day packaging operations. Manages resource efficiency, drives quality and compliance, and leads a packaging team within a regulated manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities** * **Operations \& Planning:** Execute packaging schedules based on marketing requirements, available manpower, and equipment capacity. Utilize ERP systems for accurate data entries and resource optimization. * **Quality \& Compliance:** Maintain strict adherence to GMP, FDA, and OSHA standards. Manage deviations, change controls, investigations, and implement CAPAs on time. * **Validation \& Testing:** Oversee the execution of packaging validation batches, equipment cleaning verification, and the review/approval of packaging protocols and reports. * **Team Leadership:** Supervise, train, and motivate staff on SOPs, cGMP guidelines, and quality protocols while maintaining open communication and enforcing safety procedures. * **Reporting:** Monitor ongoing progress, resolve operationa...
