Our Operations Support Center is looking for an Operations Manager. The Operation Support Center provides consistent support to the North America Group (US, Canada, Mexico) operations across various aspects, including but not limited to Rail Service Monitoring, Rail Billing Service, Job Order review and invoice. Rail Service Monitoring involves tracking and tracing containers moved by rail to ensure that they meet certain Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
