Reports to: Marketing Director FLSA: Exempt JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Manager plays a vital role in strengthening JHL’s brand both internally and externally. This position is responsible for maintaining brand consistency, producing high\-quality creative materials, managing marketing workflows and requests, and overseeing the tools, assets, and libraries that support excellence across the department. Through brand stewardship, hands\-on creative production, cross\-functional collaboration, and research, the Marketing Manager ensures all marketing outputs reflect the company’s identity, values, and high standards. The role works closely with teams across JHL to help create, communicate, and reinforce a clear and compelling company, employer, and employee brand while supporting proposals, internal communications, marketing packages, photography, and additional initiatives as they arise.
