**Staff Engineer** The Senior Staff Engineer helps design building projects, including single \& multi\-family homes, commercial, and light industrial, with a focus on the internal infrastructure to ensure adequate support for long\-term durability. The position performs structural engineering design, analysis, and project administration. The Senior Staff Engineer must have an excellent understanding of math and physics along with good problem\-solving and decision\-making skills. Communication is also important since this position requires working with a team.
