**Michael’s House – Live\- In House Parent** Michael’s House is a licensed group center dedicated to providing stability, guidance, and community for foster youth transitioning into adulthood. We are seeking an outgoing, compassionate, and mission‑driven to serve as a Live‑In House Manager for up to 11 co‑ed youth in a structured, supportive, and healing residential environment. This role is ideal for a professional who carries both clinical insight and relational warmth, and who feels called to live among youth who are building independence, identity, and hope. Position Overview The Live‑In House Parent serves as the daily manager of the home — providing mentorship, emotional support, structure, and guidance to youth ages 17–21 who are transitioning out of foster care. This role blends professional skill with personal presence, creating a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment where youth can grow academically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.
