**Job Title**: Senior Accountant I **Location**: Kent, WA (Hybrid – Minimum 3 Days/Week In\-Office) **Department**: Accounting / Finance **Reports To**: Controller/Accounting Manager **Pay**: $85\-120k depending on experience. **Position Overview** PCF Construction Group is seeking a meticulous Senior Accountant I with a focus on payroll and accounts payable to support the company’s growing accounting operations. This role is responsible for the accurate processing of accounts payable and payroll administration, ensuring financial transactions are properly recorded, approved, and aligned with company policies and GAAP principles. The ideal candidate has strong experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) (or similar system) and Quickbooks Online Advanced; is adept with technology, advanced analytics and AI; demonstrates exceptional attention to detail; and is comfortable working in a fast\-paced construction environment with multiple projects and cost centers.
