**Retail Service and Repair Specialist** * Accurately intake repairs and appraisals following established procedures, track jobs to ensure timely completion, and proactively communicate with management. * Process financing applications and credit approvals for the sales team. * Verify and update guest information (birthdays, anniversaries, address, phone, and email). * Notify guests of any changes to job estimates and also inform them when items are ready for pickup. * Perform quality control on all repairs and custom jobs; have open communication with management. * Provide accurate timelines and pricing information to sales associates. * Answer phones, greet incoming guests, and ensure they feel welcome while waiting for a sales associate. * Assist with store opening and closing procedures. * Maintain a clean and organized store, including displays, inventory, wrap room, and cases. * Actively request Google reviews and referrals from guests. * Deliver exceptional guest service through thank\-you messages, attentive listening, and a helpful attitude at all times.
