Burdick Automotive is seeking a motivated and technically skilled **IT Helpdesk Analyst** to support our IT Manager in overseeing and maintaining technology operations across our four dealership locations (Toyota, BMW, Lexus, and Ford). This role blends hands\-on technical support with infrastructure oversight and project coordination. The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast\-paced dealership environment. Key Responsibilities IT Operations * Assist in overseeing company\-wide computer systems and cloud\-based software. * Support the maintenance of network environments, print system security. * Assist in maintaining cybersecurity protections and compliance with FTC regulations and data privacy laws. * Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, and software applications Technical Support * Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to staff across all departments. * Troubleshoot network and hardware issues in a timely manner. * Support employees on dealership and manufacturer systems. * Assist department managers in optimizing system usage and workflows.
