This is a key position within our construction operations and serves as the critical link between ownership, project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. The Head of Pre\-Construction / Estimator is responsible for ensuring projects are accurately scoped, competitively priced, properly planned, and thoroughly prepared before transitioning into active construction. The ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional who is highly organized, detail\-oriented, analytical, and capable of independently managing multiple projects and deadlines.
