MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer\-oriented Director, Technical Project Manager to join our team. This is a remote position with up to 25% travel. The Director, Technical Project Manager is a senior executive leader who oversees complex technology initiatives, directs large cross\-functional teams, and aligns service, capability, IT, or hardware delivery with broader business goals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Drives overall architectural design and strategy across complex programs. * Secures delivery pipelines to maintain the highest standards of system integrity. * Delivers automated infrastructure tailored for mission\-critical federal environments. * Leads, mentors, and scales high\-performing teams of technical project and program managers. * Manages key relationships between engineering, product development, finance, procurement, and executive stakeholders. * Oversees complex technology initiatives to align capability delivery with broader business goals.
