Description

**Position purpose** Provide management, direction and guidance to the accounting department and staff related to integrations of new companies and lead process improvements in order to maintain the integrity of the company’s financial statements in accordance to USGAAP. **Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks**: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Manage processes and timing of new acquisitions in Net Suite and related accounting systems. * Create and maintain detailed policies and procedures to facilitate the integrations of new companies in the financial ledger. * Assist in performing general ledger and data validation to ensure data accuracy and completeness for proper financial reporting. * Perform detail review of purchasing accounting allocation including goodwill calculation, fair market value assessment of leases, fixed assets and intangible assets, mergers and acquisitions expense and accrual, and related memos. * Establish and maintain accounting controls and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. * Provide support or act as accounting lead in enterprise\-wid...
