**Job Title:**Registered Nurse**Reports to:** Nurse Manager**FLSA Status:** Non\-Exempt **Summary:** CNY Fertility is a renowned fertility center offering advanced treatments like IVF, IUI, and egg freezing. With a patient\-centered approach and cutting\-edge technology, we support individuals and couples on their journey to parenthood. Our Registered Nurse Performs patient\-specific duties in the area of fertility including patient care, teaching, triage, and protocol in a clinical setting under the direction of the physician by performing the following duties. **Required Duties and Responsibilities:** Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.* Performs phlebotomy successfully. * Collects and labels specimen as outlined in lab orders/requisitions. * Transports specimens to the lab promptly for testing. * Starts, maintains, and discontinues IV lines. * Administers medications and follows medication protocols. * Provides patient educations and medication administration teaching. * Triages patient problems, questions, and concerns to the appropriate area. * Maintains factual and thorough health care records. * Communicates, reviews, and records all laboratory results. * Pe...
