Ensure that all accounting transactions are correct and reflected in ERP system properly. Oversee A/P department and make sure invoices are being paid in a timely manner and reflected in proper accounting period. Supervise payroll activities ensuring accurate payments to employees in accordance to the union contract. Assist in the development of detailed budgets and cash forecasts. To contribute, improve, maintain and enhance the accounting department for the betterment of company. **Key Job Responsibilities** ---------------------------- * Manages, directs, and prepares corporate monthly, quarterly and annual financials. * Manages internal and external audits. Provide support documentation on controls and meet audit deadlines. * Participates in the preparation and review of the annual budgeting process.
