A Client Care Specialist 2 contributes to AHF by presenting a friendly, helpful face to members seeking HIV testing and prevention services, STI screenings, and treatment in our Wellness Clinics/Programs. A CCS2 is a hybrid role providing courteous, confidential, and professional support to members within wellness programs. A CCS\-2 enhances the reputation of AHF by embodying our commitment to excellence in patient care, patient retention, operational efficiency, and adaptability.
