Wilson \& Company's Phoenix office is seeking an experienced Transportation Project Manager with a strong background in roadway and transportation design, project delivery, and client management. This leadership role will be instrumental in expanding our Arizona transportation practice, strengthening relationships with the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) and local public agencies, and delivering successful transportation infrastructure projects throughout the state. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary project teams, oversee project delivery, develop and execute winning pursuit strategies, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. This position offers an opportunity to play a key role in growing Wilson \& Company's ADOT presence while mentoring staff and helping build our long\-term transportation capabilities in Arizona. This position will primarily support ADOT and Arizona municipal clients while also contributing to transportation opportunities across the company.
