* Summary: Directs production, distribution, and marketing operations for branch plant, or assigned territory of industrial organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned: **Operations \& Production** + Coordinates production, distribution, warehousing, and sales activities in accordance with established company policies, principles, and procedures. + Develops plans for the efficient use of materials, equipment, and employees. + Reviews production costs and product quality and implements necessary production adjustments. + Takes a hands\-on approach and identifies potential production and quality issues on the plant floor before they occur. + Develops capacity strategies, implementation plans, and programs to support the sales plan. + Develops and improves operational metrics that support company objectives without adding unnecessary bureaucracy. + Supports and assists in the development of the job planning process.**Sales \& Business Planning** + Supports contract review requirements. + Participates in the annual planning and budget development ...
