MTSI is seeking a **Senior Financial Analyst** at Wright\-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The successful candidate will provide cost and budget support for new and ongoing projects. The successful candidate must have a mastery and experience in the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) of funds. The successful candidate shall be familiar with and utilize Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), electronic document access, Shared Data Warehouse (SDW), General Accounting and Finance System (GAFS), and Reporting Tool (SMART), Commanders’ Resource Integration System (CRIS), Defense Travel System (DTS), Comprehensive Cost and Requirements System (CCaRS) which are tools required to support budgeting and execution. The contractor shall perform the following tasks: Responsibilities:* Provide financial and budget development support to assist financial management personnel in developing financial baselines and budgetary documentation and performing obligations and expenditure forecasting. * Provide reconciliation of accounting data, developing accounting status reports; prepare program reviews; and disposition of unliquidated obligations (ULOs) and negative ULOs. * Assist in contract reconciliation...
