Description

**Purpose** Provide project\-management support for facilities, with emphasis on facility operations, sustainment, repair, and alteration work as well as construction projects that keep USBP and AMO sites mission\-ready. The Facility PM works the assigned facility portfolio from requirements through execution and closeout and keeps cost, schedule, risk, and facility data current in Government systems of record. **Minimum qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree * Five (5\) or more years of relevant experience * Experience in construction project management * Experience with Government contracting * Education requirements may be offset by additional relevant experience on a case\-by\-case basis with Government client and COR approval **Preferred qualifications** * PMP highly desired * OSHA 10\-hour training preferred * Experience with federal facility operations, maintenance and repair, or building alteration projects * Experience working with USACE, GSA, and FAA * Experience with TRIRIGA, SAP, SharePoint, and WMS (or successor systems) * Experience coordinating with Facility and Infrastructure Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, Work Leaders, and sector customers **Primary responsibilit...
