**MISSOURI STAR QUILT CO.Retreat Coordinator** **REPORTS TO:** Retreats Manager **CLASSIFICATION:** Full\-Time **LOCATION:** On\-Site – Hamilton, MO **JOB SUMMARY** The Retreat Coordinator supports the planning and operation of Missouri Star Quilt Co. retreats and events while providing an exceptional guest experience. **Strong sewing and quilting experience is required for this position.** The Retreat Coordinator will serve as a sewing instructor during company\-sponsored retreats, providing **hands\-on instruction, demonstrations, and guidance** to participants. This position will teach sewing and quilting techniques, develop retreat projects, create step\-outs and samples, and assist guests with questions and individual projects.
