Position Summary: **We're Hiring: Clinical Pharmacist \| Ambulatory Pharmacy** ============================================================ **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, hours may vary based on clinic needs and pharmacist rotation schedules; generally between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM **Location:** Hybrid \| remote work and in\-clinic patient care **Practice Sites:** ORMC, DPH, SLK, Health Central, and other ambulatory practice locations as needed**Preferred Requirements** -------------------------- * Florida Consultant Pharmacist license preferred. * If not currently licensed, willingness to obtain Consultant Pharmacist licensure within the first **30 days of employment**. **Position Summary** -------------------- The Clinical Pharmacist will support Orlando Health's Scripts Ambulatory clinical pharmacy programs, including Enhanced Medication Education (EME) and Medication Disease Management (MDM). This role provides direct patient care through medication management, education, adherence support, chronic disease management, care coordination, and collaborative practice services.
