NOW HIRING – SALES REPRESENTATIVE Bala Wholesale \| Annapolis Junction, MD We are looking for motivated, confident, and results\-driven Sales Representatives to help us acquire new customers and grow our business throughout the DMV area. This is a field sales position. You will visit businesses in person, introduce Bala Wholesale, develop new accounts, and manage the customer relationships you build. COMPENSATION – FIRST 2 MONTHS * $3,000/month base pay **\+ Commission** \+ $400/month vehicle allowance **2\-month performance evaluation period** During the first 2 months, you will use your own reliable vehicle for customer visits. PERMANENT POSITION Candidates who successfully meet performance expectations during the first 2 months may transition to a permanent full\-time position with: * $5,000/month base pay **\+ Commission** Company vehicle provided Performance will be evaluated based on new customer acquisition, sales generated, customer retention, and overall job performance.
