We are an outpatient pharmacy located on the south side of Chicago inside Jackson Park Hospital. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable pharmacist to join our healthcare team in a Part\-Time capacity (2 days/week). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients. As a pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, conducting thorough patient assessments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy.
