Candidates may have 5\+ years of overall tax experience, but the client requires demonstrated experience at the appropriate senior level. The selected candidate will be replacing a **long\-term employee with approximately 30 years of experience** who was responsible for some of the firm's larger and more complex clients. These clients include **complex multi\-entity organizations** requiring detailed tax work, strong technical expertise, ownership of engagements, and excellent client communication.
