**Job Summary** --------------- The Financial Services Department is seeking an experienced business professional to support the Pharmacy Department. This position reports to the Finance Manager. This position will be instrumental in developing processes, maintaining financial reporting, and creating controls around a growing field in Pharmacy and Finance. **Responsibilities\*** ---------------------- * Monthly variance analysis of budget to actual financial results * Month\-End Journal entry responsibilities * Update and create monthly financial reports, including graphs, charts, and other ad hoc reports etc. * Create annual budget for Inpatient Pharmacy areas and Research Pharmacy * Monitor activity in the Inpatient drug area, develop and maintain reports as needed * Interact with CDAs, Segment Leadership, or designated department leads to develop processes and stay up to date on patient population and new drugs on the horizon * Create workflows tailored to each Inpatient and/or administrative area.
