**Outagamie County Core Values** Invested in Serving Better Together Create Progress Support Through Compassion **Position Purpose** -------------------- Reporting to the Legislative Services Manager, the Legislative Specialist I performs various administrative duties in support of County Board activities and the Legislative Services Department. **What Success Looks Like in the First Year** Within the first 12 months, the Legislative Specialist I will develop strong working knowledge of County Board operations, including agenda preparation, meeting coordination and support, records management, and timely follow\-through on assigned actions.
