About the Role Tiger Star Construction Corporation, a subsidiary of Hailiang, is seeking a Mandarin/English bilingual Project Manager Assistant to support construction projects, including factory expansion work. This role focuses on traditional, hands\-on construction management, including site coordination, scheduling, progress tracking, and documentation. This is an on\-site position, not a remote role. Responsibilities * Assist the project manager with daily construction site coordination and scheduling. * Track construction progress, follow up on tasks, and report delays or issues. * Read construction drawings and assist with coordinating site work. * Facilitate communication among Mandarin\- and English\-speaking teams, contractors, and suppliers. * Assist with coordinating materials, deliveries, and daily work arrangements. * Support quality and safety follow\-up under the project manager’s direction. * Prepare and organize project documents, meeting notes, and progress reports.
