Position Summary The Director of Technology \& AI Automation oversees FEI's technology infrastructure and leads the identification, implementation, and adoption of AI and automation solutions across the institution. This role bridges traditional IT operations (systems, networks, data security) with practical AI deployment, including building and running the AI automation layer that supports enrollment marketing and student outreach. The Director ensures all technology is reliable, secure, and aligned with FEI's operational, marketing, and compliance requirements.
