Description

As the Engineering Lead for the Bank Processing project, you will own the technical design and hands\-on development of CrossLink’s bank processing platform. You will build backend services, integrate with banking partners, and deliver secure, reliable transaction processing from initial development through production. This role is primarily focused on architecture, coding, and technical problem solving, with the ability to guide and mentor one or two engineers as needed. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Own the platform architecture and technical design, translating business and banking requirements into practical software solutions. * Personally develop, test, and maintain backend services, APIs, and transaction processing workflows. * Design data models and processing logic for payments, disbursements, reconciliation, and reporting, with a focus on accuracy and auditability. * Implement validation, duplicate prevention, error handling, and recovery mechanisms to protect transaction integrity. * Work with the CTO, business stakeholders, compliance, IT, and banking partners to clarify requirements and resolve technical dependencies. * Establish code quality and testing practices; re...
