This hands\-on role combines service and repair work with CDL driving to keep equipment ready and support customers across the region. Based in Tyler, the employee works at branches and customer sites wherever additional operational support is needed. The mix of driving, service, and yard work changes with business demand. The role owns assigned work through completion and supports local teams, with no permanent direct reports. **Regional assignments and travel** * Travel up to 50%, including overnight stays and multi\-day assignments, to support staffing gaps, workload surges, service backlogs, and planned projects. * Follow the work plan set by the assigned Field Operations leader. Coordinate driving assignments with Dispatch and service priorities with the receiving branch leader. * Confirm the location, scope, schedule, and equipment needed before each assignment.
