We are currently seeking a Remote **Cash Poster** to join our Accounts Receivable team. ### **Job Responsibilities and Duties:** * Accurately and promptly post all resident and payer\-related payments, including checks, EFTs, ACH payments, credit card transactions, and electronic remittances, to the appropriate accounts. * Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) to ensure payments, adjustments, co\-pays, deductibles, and contractual allowances are posted correctly. * Apply payments from Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, commercial insurance, private pay, and other payer sources. * Research and resolve unapplied cash, unidentified payments, incorrect postings, and payment discrepancies. * Reconcile daily cash posting batches to bank deposits, remittance reports, and payment documentation. * Identify overpayments, underpayments, denials, and discrepancies and c...
