Job Summary (BHC) is seeking an Outreach and Marketing Specialist to strengthen referral relationships, increase community awareness, and connect more individuals with mental health care, addiction treatment, recovery housing, and support across Central and Southern Ohio. This position supports our Columbus and Cincinnati offices through community outreach, business development, digital marketing, and external communications. The specialist will build relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other referral partners; represent BHC at meetings and events; and coordinate outreach with our intake and clinical teams. Success in this role means generating appropriate referrals, improving follow\-up, and increasing completed assessments and admissions while maintaining a respectful, client\-centered approach. Outreach will highlight outpatient mental health and substance use treatment, recovery housing, psychiatric services.
