Job Introduction: The District Director is responsible for multi\-store management and leadership development of our store leaders in their designated district. This position will have oversight for 7\-12 stores aligned to their geography and will report to the Regional Vice President. The District Director is an integral part of the Sprouts leadership team and is responsible for the success of our team members and store profitability. This district role is responsible for driving store sales, team member engagement, and robust customer advocacy through strong, dynamic leadership to create success in people, processes, partners, and performance.
