In this role, you will be responsible for driving our catering vehicles, setting up and breaking down event sites, and assisting with food preparation and service. As a Catering Team Leader, you will lead the catering department to ensure seamless execution of events and provide outstanding customer service to our guests. ### **Responsibilities** Catering Sales * Answers phones and takes new orders within the restaurant. * Documents and communicates future orders to managers. * Prepares and stages all packaged items for catering orders. * Interacts with catering clients in a professional manner, both in\-person and by phone. * Keeps inventory of catering supplies and informs the Director of Logistics of all supply needs. * Coordinates with the BOH Director on fulfillment of all catering orders. * Makes deliveries as\-needed. * Establishes relationships/communication with other Team Members. * Prepares for the following business day and upcoming week. * Assists the in\-restaurant operation as needed...
