**Role and Responsibilities** The position will be responsible for CAD design, assisting in the development of engineering reports, calculations, and designs for civil and land development projects, as well as providing construction administration support. * Assist in Civil Engineering design and components of the Land Development project analysis. * Participates in technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications, and technical plans. * Filling out and completing permit applications for processing. * Construction administration support, including field observation reports. * Prepare plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D. * Acquires basic knowledge and develops basic skills through mentored experience. * Travel required: Occasional **Qualifications and Education Requirements** * Bachelor's or better in Engineering or related field * 1\-2 years of relevant experience * in a marketing role **Preferred Skills** * Land Development project * Teamwork and leadership. **Additional Notes** * Understands and complies with ethical codes, possesses foundational engineering concepts through undergraduate\-level education.
