Description

The Project Controller works directly with the project teams to oversee the financial functions necessary for profitable completion of the assigned division(s)/project(s). The Project Controller has direct responsibility for all AP, AR, and compliance management processes. Additionally, the Project Controller is responsible for developing and improving systems and processes related to financial reporting, budget tracking, and variance analysis. The Project Controller position will report directly to the VP of Accounting, or their designee, and ensure integration of financial accounting and treasury management practices, as necessary. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * Sets up and manages project AP, AR, financial tracking and reporting. * Work closely with the Project Executive and/or Project Manager to ensure accurate and timely tracking and issuing of change orders and subcontractor back charges. * Ensure compliance with the Company’s financial policies and procedures, including revenue recognition and payables processing. * Manages project document repositories. * Manage operational data and maintaining data accuracy and integrity. * Work with Financial Controller to s...
