Description

The **Senior Accountant** is responsible for managing and overseeing key accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, and supporting month\-end and year\-end close processes. This position works closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Human Resources and other departments to analyze financial information, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies. They will also assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, audits, internal controls, and process improvements while serving as a resource to accounting staff and business partners. **Key Responsibilities** **General Accounting \& Financial Reporting** * Maintain accurate and complete general ledger accounts. * Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaid expenses, and account adjustments. * Perform monthly, and year\-end closing activities. * Prepare and review financial statements and management reports. * Analyze account balances and investigate unusual or unexpected variances. * Ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with **GAAP** and company policies. * Maintain supportin...
